Terms & Conditions for Tutor

Prospective tutors can register on the LB Teaching platform through the designated Sign-up form available at www.LbTeachingPlatform.com. Registration is complimentary.

Upon registration, tutors are required to furnish details such as Aadhar card information, educational qualifications, subjects of expertise, complete address including pin code, and contact number. Within 24 hours of registration, tutors can expect a call from the LB Teaching platform for further proceedings.
The LB Teaching platform will assign a tutor, based on parental preferences, and arrange a demonstration session at the requested schedule. No charges apply for the demonstration.
Following a satisfactory demonstration, tutors will commence tuition sessions, adhering to the agreed-upon schedule established during the demo.
Tutors will receive full payment directly from LB teaching platform every month for as long as tutoring sessions continue
Note: No fees are applicable for tutor allocation, therefore tutors are advised not to request any advance payments from parents.
Prior to the demonstration, the LB Teaching platform will provide parents with the tutor’s Aadhar card and vaccination certificate for identification verification.
In the event of tutor absence during weekdays, compensation can be made either during weekends or through additional hours in subsequent days. Thus, there will be no deduction in charges unless the tutor fails to compensate for the missed sessions.
If parents request to skip a particular class day, they can request compensation from the tutor. If the tutor declines compensation, it is the responsibility of the parent to pay the full fee, considering it as paid leave for the tutor.
Tutors are advised not to discontinue tuition sessions in the middle of the month, as payment will not be processed for incomplete weeks or days. All scheduled classes should be completed before withdrawal, with a minimum expectation of 15 days of classes.
The LB Teaching platform reserves the right to modify any or all of the aforementioned terms and conditions, with or without prior notification.

Terms & Conditions for Student

Prospective students are invited to register on the LB Teaching platform through the provided Sign-Up form, with registration being entirely complimentary.
Upon registration, students/parents (referred to as Members) are required to furnish essential details such as Aadhar card information, academic grades, subject preferences, complete address with pin code, and contact number. Within a span of 24 hours, Members can expect a call from the LB Teaching platform to initiate further procedures.
The LB Teaching platform is committed to accommodating preferences for either male or female tutors as specified by parents and scheduling demonstrations accordingly. Demo sessions are conducted as per the requested schedule at no cost.
Members are requested to pay the monthly fees to the LB Teaching platform not for the tutors, as previously communicated regarding these terms. Tutors will get payment from our company every month.
Please be advised that no charges are applicable for the allocation of tutors, and therefore, payment should not be made in advance to tutors or any other individual.
Prior to the demonstration, the LB Teaching platform ensures the provision of the tutor’s Aadhar card and vaccination certificate as corroborative identification.
Following a satisfactory demonstration, parents have the option to continue classes with the assigned tutor based on mutually agreed-upon schedules, which should be communicated to the LB Teaching platform.
Periodically, the LB Teaching platform solicits feedback on tutor performance and student progress, typically on a monthly basis.
In the event of a tutor taking leave during weekdays, arrangements will be made for compensatory sessions during weekends or through additional hours on subsequent days, thereby ensuring no loss of instructional time without proper compensation.
Should a parent wish to cancel a class on a particular day, they may request compensation from the tutor. If the tutor declines to compensate, it becomes the parent’s responsibility to remit the full amount of fees, factoring in paid leave considerations.
The LB Teaching platform retains the sole discretion to amend any or all of the aforementioned terms and conditions, with or without prior notification.
